Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Yaşam Üçgeni uygulamasını indiren, yükleyen veya kullanan son kullanıcı ("Kullanıcı") ile uygulamayı geliştiren ve lisansını veren şirket ("Geliştirici") arasında akdedilmiş bir sözleşmedir.
2. Lisans Türleri ve Sınırları
2.1 Bireysel Lisans
- Tek bir kullanıcıya aittir, devredilemez.
- Aynı anda yalnızca 1 aktif cihazda kullanılabilir.
- Cihaz değişikliği web panelinden yapılabilir, yılda 3 kez ile sınırlıdır.
2.2 Aile Lisansı
- En fazla 5 kullanıcı hesabı tanımlanabilir.
- Her kullanıcı kendi cihazında eş zamanlı kullanabilir.
- Aile üyelerinin aynı hanede ikamet etmesi şartı aranmaz.
2.3 Kurumsal Lisans
- Satın alınan kullanıcı sayısı kadar eş zamanlı kullanıma izin verilir.
- Merkezi yönetim paneli üzerinden lisans atama ve geri alma yapılabilir.
- Kurumsal lisans, kurumun tüzel kişiliğine bağlıdır; başka kurumlara devredilemez.
3. Kullanım Kısıtlamaları
Kullanıcı aşağıdaki eylemleri gerçekleştirmekten kaçınmak zorundadır:
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik ile inceleme, decompile veya disassemble etme
- Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu değiştirme veya türev çalışma oluşturma
- Lisansı başkalarına satma, kiralama veya devretme
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanma
- Mesh ağını spam, dezenformasyon veya zararlı içerik iletmek için kullanma
4. Fikri Mülkiyet
Yaşam Üçgeni uygulaması, arayüz tasarımı, algoritmaları, offline yapay zeka modeli ve içerikleri Geliştiricinin fikri mülkiyetidir. Bu lisans, kullanıcıya yalnızca kullanım hakkı tanır; herhangi bir fikri mülkiyet devri söz konusu değildir.
5. Güncellemeler
Geliştirici, uygulama güncellemelerini takdiri dahilinde yayımlar. Güncellemeler, yeni özellikler ekleyebileceği gibi mevcut özellikleri de değiştirebilir. Kritik güvenlik güncellemeleri zorunlu olabilir.
6. İade Politikası
- Satın alma tarihinden itibaren 7 gün içinde, uygulamayı kullanmamış olmanız koşuluyla tam iade talep edebilirsiniz.
- App Store ve Google Play üzerinden yapılan satın alımlar için ilgili platform politikaları geçerlidir.
- Yıllık lisanslarda, lisans süresi başladıktan sonra iade yapılmaz.
7. Hizmet Kesintileri
Uygulamanın offline özellikleri (harita, yapay zeka, mesh mesajlaşma) sunucu bağlantısına ihtiyaç duymaz. Yalnızca lisans doğrulama, hesap yönetimi ve güncelleme işlemleri internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Bu hizmetlerde planlı bakım kaynaklı geçici kesintiler yaşanabilir.
8. Koşulların Değiştirilmesi
Geliştirici bu koşulları önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler web sitesi ve uygulama üzerinden duyurulur. Değişiklik sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, yeni koşulları kabul etmek anlamına gelir.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu sözleşme Türk hukukuna tabi olup uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde Türk mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
1. Parties
These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between the end user who downloads, installs or uses the Yaşam Üçgeni application ("User") and the company that develops and licenses the application ("Developer").
2. License Types and Limits
2.1 Individual License
- Belongs to a single user, non-transferable.
- Can only be used on 1 active device at a time.
- Device changes can be made through the web panel, limited to 3 times per year.
2.2 Family License
- Up to 5 user accounts can be defined.
- Each user can use it simultaneously on their own device.
- Family members are not required to reside at the same address.
2.3 Corporate License
- Simultaneous use is permitted for the number of users purchased.
- License assignment and revocation can be done through the central management panel.
- The corporate license is tied to the institution's legal entity; it cannot be transferred to other institutions.
3. Usage Restrictions
The User must refrain from the following actions:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the application
- Modifying the application's source code or creating derivative works
- Selling, renting or transferring the license to others
- Using the application for illegal purposes
- Using the mesh network to transmit spam, disinformation or harmful content
4. Intellectual Property
The Yaşam Üçgeni application, interface design, algorithms, offline AI model and content are the intellectual property of the Developer. This license grants the user only the right of use; no intellectual property transfer is involved.
5. Updates
The Developer releases application updates at its discretion. Updates may add new features as well as modify existing ones. Critical security updates may be mandatory.
6. Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund provided you have not used the application.
- For purchases made through the App Store and Google Play, the relevant platform policies apply.
- No refunds are made for annual licenses after the license period has started.
7. Service Interruptions
The application's offline features (maps, AI, mesh messaging) do not require server connectivity. Only license verification, account management and update processes require an internet connection. Temporary interruptions due to planned maintenance may occur in these services.
8. Modification of Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Changes are announced through the website and application. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is subject to Turkish law, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction for resolving disputes.
